My initial experience with my salesman Jeremy was a positive one. We hammered out the deal for my new Durango and I was satisfied. The tag is set to expire and I have not been able to get a response from Jeremy regarding the status of my permanent plates. I have left several messages, and still no reply. Not only do I feel this is inconsiderate but it’s unprofessional not to give a customer the common courtesy of a phone call. The dealership seems to be more concerned with making the sale than taking care of the customer. More
