He is very knowledgeable and always finds me exactly what I am looking for. He's very patient (I change my mind a lot) and extremely helpful when it comes to teaching how to use all the new features on each new car. I am on my 7th Acura and my husband is on his 3rd. We've even recruited several of our friends to become part of the Acura family and they've all been loyal customers for years as well. Gary was great from start to finish, he answered all of questions and was very accommodating. He even went as far as driving the vehicle to our home for us to test drive during COVID.
