My husband and I had an appointment on Dec 4th to take delivery of our new Lexus RX350. I have to say it was the most seamless, convenient experience in purchasing a car we've ever had! The Steve & the delivery of our new Lexus RX350. I have to say it was the most seamless, convenient experience in purchasing a car we've ever had! The Steve & the team we ready for us, were professional and very courteous. The full experience while at Mungenast was exceptional. We were greeted at the door and were escorted to to Steve who met us in the showroom lobby. As we moved from Steve to Bric, Bric came to get us, introduced himself and escorted us to his office. The electronic system for the purchase was user friendly and very convenient. Bric then escorted us to meet Spencer who did the technical review of our new car and sent us on our way. Seriously, the best car purchase experience we've ever had thanks to the exceptional customer service afford to us! More

Our overall experience was excellent in purchasing two vehicles, new and previously owned. Mark our salesperson treated us like royalty as well as our finance person Robert.
