Buying a car My husband and I were met in the lot by Stacey Dennis. She was very friendly and put us at ease at once, we felt like we were part of the family. Great place to go for new car I found Klaben ford of warren, very friendly, informative, and willing to deal. Stacie was professional and eager to help. She jumped right up whe I found Klaben ford of warren, very friendly, informative, and willing to deal. Stacie was professional and eager to help. She jumped right up when I entered the showroom and asked if she could help. All my questions were answered and she was not the least bit pushy or hurried. The entire experience made buying this car great. She took lot of time making sure I understood how the navigation system and all the bells and whistles worked. It was a lot to cover but she had patience through it all. No haggles and it was nice to have the owner in the showroom. I would definitely recommend this dealership when buying a new car. More

Customer Service thru overall experience I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and with Stacy Dennis in particular. I very quickly became comfortable talking with Stacy about th I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and with Stacy Dennis in particular. I very quickly became comfortable talking with Stacy about the Mustang. She helped me go through all the options and packages and answered all my questions. She was very patient with all my questions on pricing the various options. I then told he I was putting off my decision to purchase for a few weeks and she did not pressure me but just let me know she was there to help whenever I was ready. She kept in touch and checked back with me about once a week or so until I was ready to purchase. She then was able to locate the exact car with options I wanted. I have bought many cars in my life but this was the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a dealer. Very satisfying. I told her I hoped she didn't go anywhere because I was going to look for her the next time I want to buy a vehicle. I introduced her to my wife and I think she will be next to purchase. She now drives a Ford Escape she bought from the Kent Klaben dealership. More

Amanda was my primary sales person whom I worked with but I also received outstanding Customer Service from Stacey as well. Being in the retail business for over 40 years, it was easy for me to spot outstanding teamwork working toward the common goal. That successful goal was to give me the best new car experience of my life by answering all my questions and inquiries, creating a pleasant and friendly environment that gave me confidence and assurance that I was making a great buying decision by choosing Klaben of Warren, and providing me with the positive reinforcement that I needed when I was choosing a vehicle. I was also so very impressed with the time and knowledge both Amanda and Stacey took and had when explaining everything that I needed to know about my new Escape the day I came and picked it up. In 2013 we had purchased a 2010 Ford Focus and were pleased with the service we received. To tell the truth, my husband and I really wanted a 2013 Fusion but both of us were concerned about the price a pleased with the service we received. To tell the truth, my husband and I really wanted a 2013 Fusion but both of us were concerned about the price and payment since I was not working at the time. Because of having issues with the Focus(3 times in a month) and it wasn't very good in the snow, we decided to check into the cost of a brand new Fusion since there were not many 2013's available. Needless to say, we fell in love with the new car and were very pleased with the way our situation was handled. The dealership was generous in helping us get out of our Focus and into the Fusion. Stacey is always kind and patient and very helpful. I know that if I have any questions, I can call her and she is happy to help. On a side note, during the issues we had with the Focus, the guys in service were very patient with me as well and were willing to help in any way that they could. Although they are great guys, I hope not to have to see them too much. More

I first dealt with Klaben of Warren buying a used car last summer, I actually wanted to "down trade" , I am from Salem and have dealt with the dealerships here before and not so impressed. So I called a last summer, I actually wanted to "down trade" , I am from Salem and have dealt with the dealerships here before and not so impressed. So I called a few dealerships out of our area and some talked to me, some I left messages and they never called back. I found a vehicle on Klaben.com and called the dealership and was put with Stacey I told her what I wanted to do and she took my information and she said she would call me back within 30 minutes and she did and said they would work with me. So we headed up and started dealing,at first not so thrilled with deal, but then Mr.Klaben himself came over and we negotiated a deal I felt comfortable with. I remember thinking WOW the owner is sitting at the table talking to us. Fast forward to January, wow Ford is offering some good deals, I really like the Ford Focus, yes I know smaller but I would like something fuel efficient. Well of course I called Stacey and told her of my idea and she said well we will see what we can do. Well when she called me back, I was THRILLED, I got very good terms, with not perfect credit. So now to test drive this car, it was when it was soooo frigid out, we get there the car is in the garage so we can check it out not freezing to death, Stacey was finishing with another customer so Nick the finance guy took us on our test drive. I was sold,loved it and so the deal was put forth. I have told everybody I know about Klaben, honestly I have, we laugh and say we felt like royalty there,would you like some water, would you like a doughnut, Stacey outside in the frigid cold putting our stuff in the new car and staying after hours to make sure SYNC was set up. Another sales guy here is your insurance information. Also I had left about 20 reusable shopping bags in my previous vehicle from before and Stacey did call me but I forgot, and she comes out with them, she still had them, lol, and Mr. Klaben again coming over to us to say thank you and chat a little, very impressive!! So I guess what I am saying is even if you have less than perfect credit and not buying the most expensive car on the lot the customer service that you receive there makes you feel like you are, like they REALLY do appreciate your business. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Mr. Klaben, Stacey Dennis, and Nick, I LOVE my Blue Candy Ford Focus HB I bought on January 22!!!!!!! More
