I rented a car it was a Lincoln... after I returned the Lincoln I decided to call Klaben Ford which is across the street from my job.... Stacy Dennis was the person I ended up talking... I told her my story that I've always wanted a Lincoln and that I had a picture of a MK X sitting in my office for six years..... She asked me a few questions, I sent pictures of my car that I had at the time,she sent me pictures of the Lincoln that was sitting in the show room.... After work I was across the street at Klaben Ford... Stacy what can I say about her I can say now that she was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have her number I can call or text her anytime and ask her questions about my car still to this day which is been a year later ... Stacey Dennis is really a good person and that's important to me...Mr. Klaben is also a good person.... I have never had a sales experience like I have had with Stacy and more sales consultants should be more like her....
