A really great and fast experience. I honestly went into the dealership just to look at the new 2016 Ford Focus not even planning on purchasing a vehicle. Once I got there, Matthew pulle I honestly went into the dealership just to look at the new 2016 Ford Focus not even planning on purchasing a vehicle. Once I got there, Matthew pulled one around similar to the one I was looking at. I loved everything about this car but still wasn't looking to purchase. A most excellent experience! I needed to lease a car so I called Nick the finance manager, I was given three different options on monthly payments. Mike Klaben gave me a fantasti I needed to lease a car so I called Nick the finance manager, I was given three different options on monthly payments. Mike Klaben gave me a fantastic deal that I could not refuse with Nicks assistance. Once we had a deal, I show up to the dealership to pick up my car, my sales person was Stacey she met me with a friendly smile. Stacey did a great job having all my paper work complete and my insurance agent called and she even had my new insurance card for my new fusion. She was so nice, she set up all my electronic stuff and she was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Stacey, And Klaben Ford to anyone in the market for a new car.
