I have only positive things to say about the quality of service The service staff at Luther Honda of St. Cloud went the extra mile to meet my needs. I have only positive things to say about the quality of service work and hospitality. Although I called for an appointment only two days in advance, the staff did their utmost to work me into their schedule and perform the repairs. I would certainly recommend Luther Honda to my family and friends. More

New car set-up I leased a car on a Saturday afternoon so I had to wait until Monday to get undercoating, etc. Monday they noticed that I had a non-warranty issue wi I leased a car on a Saturday afternoon so I had to wait until Monday to get undercoating, etc. Monday they noticed that I had a non-warranty issue with the car but fixed it immediately, no questions asked. Switching to Toyota They must work on commission….. had my vehicle in for a oil change. They recommended a brake fluid flush even though they just changed the brakes out They must work on commission….. had my vehicle in for a oil change. They recommended a brake fluid flush even though they just changed the brakes out less than 10,000 miles ago. A different time had the tranny fluid flushed at their recommendation. Next time in they recommended it flushed again as it was “dirty”. Called serv mgr and he had me scheduled for another flush – and they charged me again. While my wife was waiting for our car to get the oil changed they recommended to FIVE different customers to have the tranny fluid flushed. These people are crooks…… or they are the only people in town that know how to flush tranny fluid…. NOT… and this is coming from a life long Honda owner but will be switching to Toyota. Won’t get screwed twice…… More

Brakes I brought my car in to have someone check my brakes.They were able to fit me in and look at them. I needed new rear brakes. Dane Fransen said they could do the work immediately. He even found me coupons on line because I had left mine at home. Jacob did a great job fixing my brakes. 12/04/15 I also wanted to say that on09/03/15 I had excellent service for my oil change and general service.Stacey Shegrud did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done. The work was completed on time. More

Service Another great experience at Luther. Because I live 60 miles away, I was able to schedule my visit to coordinate my service with a doctors appointment Another great experience at Luther. Because I live 60 miles away, I was able to schedule my visit to coordinate my service with a doctors appointment in St. Cloud. I was ten minutes early and they took it right in. The service manager explained my options for service and I chose the recommendations of the Honda choosing a B1 plan, It was finished in a little over 1/2 hour, They explained the bill and what was done. More

Piston Rings Recall We knew something was not right with our 2010 CRV car because it did consume a lot of oil and on August 2015, Honda Automobile Division sent us a Warr We knew something was not right with our 2010 CRV car because it did consume a lot of oil and on August 2015, Honda Automobile Division sent us a Warranty Extension: Sticking Piston Rings Resulting In High Engine Oil Consumption on my Honda CRV vehicle. Honda, knowing there is an issue on their product is now making me, the consumer pay for their problem (to make sure I, the consumer is telling the truth about the car), by coming in for an oil change at my cost. And Note: the car was at 50% oil use but being the dipstick read little to no oil on it, this was a problem we needed to address now. So with the cost of the oil change, I also need to bring the car in every 1500 miles until the next oil change and again at my cost in order to make sure I am telling the truth that my car is one of their problems. What a nice way for Honda to make extra money off me, the consumer to pay for their problem. Am I happy, NO. I am paying for Honda's problem plus they are making extra money off me, by telling me I need to have the oil change twice by them and then taking time out of my work to bring the car in every 1500 miles. Vehicle/motor care is a high priority in my family so there is never a concern for neglect. More

Used vehicle purchase I purchased a used vehicle that I discovered online. I live 3 hours from the dealer and Chris made the inconvenience of the distance become a nonissue I purchased a used vehicle that I discovered online. I live 3 hours from the dealer and Chris made the inconvenience of the distance become a nonissue. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle regularly. I knew what to expect before I arrived. After I purchased the vehicle I had to return it for a week for a couple of repairs and Stacy in the service department was excellent to work with as well. Overall my only disappointment was that it took a few weeks from the time I saw it online until it was ready for purchase. I know they took their time inspecting the vehicle, which I appreciate, but maybe they shouldn't post it online until actually ready to sell. More
