Issue with transmission Stacey was so helpful and took a lot of time going over my issue I was having with my vehicle. Even when I came back the next day to get my vehicle sh Stacey was so helpful and took a lot of time going over my issue I was having with my vehicle. Even when I came back the next day to get my vehicle she took the time to stop what she was doing to come to me and stated to keep her updated with any more concerns I may have for what I came in for. Stacey is great! If it wasn’t for your service superstar, Stacey, my husband and I had considered finding another service station. That’s because last time I was there If it wasn’t for your service superstar, Stacey, my husband and I had considered finding another service station. That’s because last time I was there, a sales worker came up to me and said he had a customer who was looking for my make/model/year of car. I told him straight off the bat that I wasn’t interested in increasing what I owe on a vehicle and don’t want to change to an older vehicle because this has been a good vehicle so far. He said he thought he could make that work, and had me come sit at his desk. He proceeded to “crunch some numbers” and showed me the upgrades on the newest year of my vehicle. Ended up taking me back to his desk and showed me his “deal” which was a lower monthly payment but lengthened my loan by about two years. I told him that AGAIN that I didn’t want to increase the total amount of money I owed and declined his “deal.” When I got home my husband said that car sales people do this to try to get people who aren’t savvy with finances to upgrade. I was really unhappy to have been treated that way, a worker trying to pull a scam on me, that we almost switched to a new service station. We decided to give your company another chance because of Stacey’s positive, straightforward, honest approach. But I don’t think we’ll ever buy a car there again. More

Wonderful but expensive for school kids It was nice and warm. I wish they had like a special “student” promotion. Or punch card “every ten visits you get after oil change” I feel like this establishment does wonderful thing for their clients and community and at the same time I feel that it can be doing so much more More
