Service overall was bad. After talking to two service mgrs. It appears that no one communicates with anyone about what is going on. I was suppose to get an employee discount After talking to two service mgrs. It appears that no one communicates with anyone about what is going on. I was suppose to get an employee discount for GM. Since I did not have the authorization they needed, they apparently ran the discount but did not tell my sales rep or me. I am still comparing notes on that. The car had trash still in it. Had to clean it up when I got home. My sales person disappeared for serveral minutes leaving me sit at her desk. The finance person only asked how long I wanted to finance for. No other questions. left at the sales desk then came and said we are ready. I had to get him to include sales tax in the loan amount. He stated the payments would start on the 14th of the month and I had to call Ally to make any changes after the first payment was made. I think he had another way of doing it but failed to explain the process. Just insisted the 14th. I do not know who the mgr was that determined the trade in value but he walked off with the keys. Never introduced himself, Never said a word to me. Had to get the keys back to get my items from the car. Overall I would say the staff, with the exception of Stacey was very very rude and very unprofessional. Stacey was not rude but did not explain himself period. More
