Have had multiple issues with Jim Butler. First time I had my truck scheduled to get the cameras fix and oil pan replaced. The dealer cancelled on me already after leaving work early to drop it off. Then they would tell me I missed my appointment after they cancelled on me. They said they would call me back to get my truck back in and never called. My point of contact for this was Sydney. The 2nd time it was in at Jim Butler (already being at Jim Trenary of Troy twice before this) was for camera issues and they were not fixed and is already back at the dealer and haven't had my truck for weeks at a time. They refuse to let me tow my boat so I lose out on tournament fees I've already paid for. More
