He was not aggressive unlike other dealers that I had encountered at other dealerships. He never pushed anything on me. Instead, he listened to me and found the version of the SUV that fit my needs. He even helped to negotiate with another dealership to get the exact Tuscan that I wanted in the same day. He ensured that I understood how to use each of the vehicle’s features and helped me to set them up before I left.
