Warranty Work Done Right When I received a letter to bring my vehicle in for inspection, I was received promptly and immediately explained to in terms I could understand what When I received a letter to bring my vehicle in for inspection, I was received promptly and immediately explained to in terms I could understand what would be done. The work was done promptly and a loaner vehicle provided so I could continue daily life uninterrupted. The work was completely quickly and return of the loaner and vehicle pickup went quite quickly. Everything about the experience went very well. My only complaint at all with the experience was to have my check engine light come on less than 10 miles down the road. I returned the following day and it appeared the gas cap had been removed during the work and had not been replaced. A minor inconvenience that was quickly addressed. Unfortunately, it took a couple hours out of my day because of a simple oversight. The service department was great at expediting the fix, but it seems like the kind of thing that should really be on a checklist before sending someone out the door with their vehicle. Inconvenience aside, it could have been a real danger. More

It was fine Everything went fine, except, I asked if my vehicle would be washed upon completion and was told yes, it would. It was not.
