Have several vehicles!! I have several vehicles that I take for service plus family members for a very long time ,service included through the years oil changes,new tires, br I have several vehicles that I take for service plus family members for a very long time ,service included through the years oil changes,new tires, brakes , mechanical problems, body shop repair and paint ect.......... AND I HAVE NEVER GOT A COUPON FOR ANYTHING FREE OIL CHANGES TIRE ROTATION ECT.... I am thinking of taking my business somewhere else !! Not even mentioning the several new cars I purchased!!! WHERE ARE THE COUPONS OR SOMETHING FREE FOR A CHANGE!!! All you want is for people to buy new and even then you have cut back the time and years for free service!! Getting real cheap Toyota is !!!!! More

I called my dealer and was given an a at a time I could make that day. After diagnosis, they discovered that I needed a part not in stock. They arranged a car for me since I live 40 minutes away and told me my car would be ready the next afternoon. The next morning I got a call that my car was ready. I was thrilled! More
