I drove to this location as a passenger with a friend to pickup a car that he reserved online. Upon arriving, the car was already parked in the front, detailed, cleaned, and ready to go for a test drive. Stephanie was very organized and arranged the appraisal while we test drove the car and was ready to move on to the next steps when we got back. She recommended the Perma Plate service, which is an amazing program, and thoroughly explained how it works. This location is very well maintained, clean, and the coffee/latte machine is amazing (try the vanilla latte) :) I have never personally shopped online and selected a car online but Echo Park truly made this process a breeze! More
