I recently purchase a 2023 F150 XLT and this is my first experience in a Ford service department. I have to say that the representative I was assigned might have had a bad week because she was kind of rude experience in a Ford service department. I have to say that the representative I was assigned might have had a bad week because she was kind of rude. I believe that there was no need to be snappy or rude as I am loving my F150 so far and I am proud to owned as it is an American Car. I used to own two Audis for 8 years and I have to admit that the service there was very far compared to here so I thought of sharing my experience because being nice is fee and doesn’t cost a dime. The service department manager was extremely nice and professional. Thank you for your time. More
