OMG, where do I start. Tyler Fleytman and Stephanie in finance are absolute ROCKSTARS! I was treated like royalty from the beginning to the end of the buying process and Ty Tyler Fleytman and Stephanie in finance are absolute ROCKSTARS! I was treated like royalty from the beginning to the end of the buying process and Tyler made sure he found the exact car I wanted and I have no idea how he managed to get me a 2027 model in exact color and options. We did not have a great financial situation when buying a car and did not even expect an approval, but the hidden gem behind this move was Stephanie Thornton, and she worked here magic and pulled strings to get us approved and got us amazing rate and payment and car was sold to us at invoice. I really cannot say how happy we are to have purchased a car from Heritage and we have been a customer over 30 years and that’s why we keep coming back because of people like Tyler and Stephanie. I think they both should get a raise and honestly they should both be recognized for their outstanding customer service, compassion and dedication to their job. My wife and I were there with 3 kids and Tyler even did free baby sitting which we appreciated (he’s hired)! Stephanie is a very sweet lady and she went above and beyond to make financing smooth and fast, and explained everything in detail, she’s a gem don’t let her retire. This was, hands down, the most pleasant experience I have encountered. Anyone who has purchased a car from a dealership knows it takes 4 to 6 hrs typically. I was in and out in 4 hrs and that included a test drive and starting from scratch for financing. Stephanie in finance has been employed here 23 yrs and was also very pleasant to work with. Her experience made the finance piece efficient and thoughtful. I will return to this dealership the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle and I hope Justin is still employed here. More
