Satisfaction expectations exceeded, first vehicle purchase Scott earned by respect immediately by taking the time to ensure that he understood my needs before beginning to provide solutions. By consistently e Scott earned by respect immediately by taking the time to ensure that he understood my needs before beginning to provide solutions. By consistently ensuring that the products and services he was recommending were targeted to my needs, Scott helped me feel comfortable and empowered. When options on the lot did not meet my goals, Scott was quick to engage other locations to find me a better vehicle. Scott worked very hard to ensure that I would get the most value for my budget. I felt no pressure to make decisions I did not want to, and Scott made sure that any additional product or service he offered displayed direct value to my goals. Scott made every effort to answer any question I had, and has followed up several times since my purchase to ensure that I continue to be satisfied with my purchase. I fully recommend Scott to any person looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Your Search Ends Here I was in the market for a new highlander and had done some light browsing online. After seeing that there was a vehicle I was interested in on the lot I was in the market for a new highlander and had done some light browsing online. After seeing that there was a vehicle I was interested in on the lot we took the ride to Owings MIlls. Eddie has the car waiting in front of the dealership and all opened up for us upon arrival. He let us tour the car on our own and understood the importance of giving us some time to think it over before saying "yes" and getting the paperwork started. For as long as I will be buying Toyota I will never go to another sales person other than Eddie. This was the smoothest experience I could have even imagined. Eddie was allowing us to multi-task and work together with him so we were able to get in and out without taking an entire day to get the deal done. His knowledge of the process and industry was a huge help in getting us exactly what we wanted and at an unbeatable price. If you are going to Heritage INSIST on getting Eddie as your sales rep.
