After seeing that there was a vehicle I was interested in on the lot we took the ride to Owings MIlls. Eddie has the car waiting in front of the dealership and all opened up for us upon arrival. He let us tour the car on our own and understood the importance of giving us some time to think it over before saying "yes" and getting the paperwork started.
