The management team is by far one of the worst teams I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I understand buying a car can be a long and involved process, but I feel my experience was worse than it should have been based off the lack of communication about things. Katie, however, was and is absolutely amazing to work with. She is very kind and definitely has the personality to be in this business. She also followed up on things with me multiple times, even though, I feel some of those things should have been followed up on by a manager. I would absolutely recommend Katie, but the management team needs a few lessons on customer service and communication. More

I purchased my vehicle a few weeks ago and I am impressed! I initially had a few that I researched and expressed interest in and Joey assured they would be on the lot for me to test drive! My daughter’s car was totaled and her plans to complete her degree seemed shattered. I gave her my car so that she could complete her education. On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, I asked God to help me find a her degree seemed shattered. I gave her my car so that she could complete her education. On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, I asked God to help me find a car where the salespeople had a helping heart. I stopped at a dealership and the customer service was disappointing. I left there asking God …..can you please send “Angels” to help me…. By chance, I went to Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills, MD., when suddenly I was greeted by happy-go-lucky, Michael Hampton. I explained what happened, and he connected me with Arbaz Ayub. Arbaz was “glowing” with Customer Service, a smile from ear-to-ear, pleasantly engaging and not pushy! I shared my story with Arbaz, and he made arrangements to help make my day. So far so good then here comes….WE HAVE TO RUN A CREDIT REPORT….WHAT? I left and returned, left and returned. As I started to leave, again, a calm voice whispered ……..go back and talk to Arbaz. Arbaz explained that the credit report was “not” to send to their banks or to try to get them to finance. After that, I began to feel a sigh of relief and decided to move forward. P.S. I want to thank Mr. It's Company Policy, for his patience, during my misunderstanding of the credit report. Stephanie Thornton, took me back to complete the financial paperwork, and for her kind and welcoming spirit. The deal was sealed…. I left her office and THEY ALL STARTED CHEERING……can you blame them! Arbaz seemed as excited as was I with the purchase. Nonetheless, I left Heritage Toyota with a smile. I took a pause to thank God for sending salespeople with a helping heart. More
