Beyond happy with my experience @ Colonial VW. A VW wasn't high on my list bc I had no experience with VWs so I was leaning towards other makes I was more familiar with. I was impressed from the start wasn't high on my list bc I had no experience with VWs so I was leaning towards other makes I was more familiar with. I was impressed from the start. They were the only dealership I visited that had me test drive the model I requested - the others all were 1 or 2 trim levels up. Dan, the internet sales guy, was proactive in reaching out to say that I wouldn't be driving the exact car I requested (because it was still in transit from the factory), but that he would line up the same model. Once I got to the dealership, Dan passed me off to salesman Neil Peabody who was fantastic. No pressure, no upsell. He asked questions about how we'd use the vehicle and suggested and dissuaded us from options based on our answers. They gave me a great deal on my trade without having to haggle and likewise with the pricing of the new vehicle I purchased. Overall, the most pleasant, quick, stress free vehicle purchase I have ever made. Will totally recommend this dealership/sales team to others. More
