Salesperson and Manager were both very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Make sure you ask for the numbers right away and get your financing done before hand. They may try offering you financing from 'Driveway' which is one of the most sketchy companies (google it for yourself). The finance guy was kind of condescending and rushed me when I was trying to make decisions about adding on extra warranties/packages, even though they dragged the entire process out until past closing. When asked if we could have a minute to discuss something he refused to leave his office and said “nobody ever kicks me out of my office” so I we had to step out and have our quick private discussion in the hallway which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Then he was like okay guys we gotta hurry up I have a two hour drive home- even though we ourselves as customers drove two and a half hours to purchase the car, and he didn’t give us the numbers until past 8pm. More
