Damaged my car during service failed to diagnose proper repair was by reached by different dealership. Lied about car having body work in order to avoid warranty work confirmed by 3 other shops and 2 deale repair was by reached by different dealership. Wayne Pfeiffer the service manager told me because of negative survey to Lexus they wouldn't be interested in fixing anything. Avoid at all costs this place isn't interested in having customers. More

Went above and beyond to get the Rear Wheel Dr. , Lexus iOS 300 for me.
