I was treated like family! I found Steingold Volvo on line because I was looking for a specific Volvo, in a specific color. All of the people I worked with at the dealership were absolutely fantastic. Brian was my salesperson and Leigh handled my insurance paperwork, both were fantastic. They offered me a great price on both my trade and on my new Volvo. But that is not the only reason I was so happy, it was because of the way I was treated. They were extremely patient with me, both before I steeped foot into the dealership and then when I arrived. They did not try and up-sell me to a more expensive car that was over my budget and they explained everything before I signed the paperwork. I also met Michael and Stephen Bernardo who were helping answer some of my many detailed questions and I later found out they actually are owners in the dealership. Everyone was professional and I was amazed at how I was not pressured into buying something that I did not want. In my experience many dealerships in my area are more concerned with making the "sale", then really understanding what you want or need. Even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I plan on having my car serviced their as well. The bottom line is, I truly felt like I was home at Steingold. More

Enjoyed Buying Experience at Steingold Volvo We had a 2004 Volvo S80 for many years, and after it became older we would run into other people with Volvo stories, almost like a old Volvo club, T We had a 2004 Volvo S80 for many years, and after it became older we would run into other people with Volvo stories, almost like a old Volvo club, The name Steingold popped up a number of times. Living in Bristol, however, We shopped more locally to find an Volvo XC-60 with the advance package which includes adaptive cruise control, distance warning etc. Also wanted BLIS, blind side monitor. I also shopped Steingold and was treated very well, although at that point I was ready to pull the trigger at the local dealer. However, the terms of the deal changed last moment at the local dealer( over the bridge from Bristol) and I walked and immediately called Bryan at Steingold and bought a similar car sight unseen, and they gave me a fair deal on my trade in, also sight on seen. That is trust. Guess, we both could have terminated the deal if anything was wrong, but everything was perfect. We received a well appointed Volvo XC-60, and they received a super clean trade MB-E350 to easily wholesale off. Great experience! More

Best car buying experience of my life I recently purchased a certified used Volvo XC60. I can't even begin to properly articulate what a tremendously positive experience this was. I wish I recently purchased a certified used Volvo XC60. I can't even begin to properly articulate what a tremendously positive experience this was. I wish I was a better writer to be able to tell you that Steve Bernardo and Brian Mchayle were so great to work with. The dealership was recommended to me by my wife's boss, who own several businesses in the area, and is a real straight shooter. So I knew if he recommended the dealership, this was the place to go. I had emailed Steingold on what type of vehicle I was looking for, and what my price range was. Brian had an XC60 that had just been traded and it was in the lot waiting for me when I arrived. On a placard on the dashboard was my name which was a very nice touch. Another nice touch I greatly appreciated was Steve giving me the keys and letting me take the vehicle by myself for a test drive. When I came back from the test drive I sat down with Steve and talked about the car. One of the things, and I cannot stress this enough, was there was no pressure about buying the car. It was like sitting down with someone and just having a conversation. Steve ran the numbers for me, we looked at several different scenarios which was nice from a financial planning perspective. My car was a certified used car which made it eligible for Volvo financing and I bought the car. I got a great price on the vehicle. When I went to pick up the car Brian took me through a very detailed review of all the features. I have a fairly old iPhone which is on it's last legs, so it took Brian several tries to get it connected, but he did not give up and got it connected for me. That is an example of the great service you get here. To top everything off, my car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. A small thing perhaps, but just another of the great things that this dealership does. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at this dealership. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I have never had anything close to this great experience. Steve and Brian were great and represent the dealership so well. Please consider them if you are in the market, the care and respect they show their customers is fantastic. More
