From the moment I stepped inside I was warm I recently purchased a vehicle at Steingold and I could not have been happier with their customer service. From the moment I stepped inside I was warmly welcomed, but never felt pressured to buy, as you often are at car dealerships. The car buying process for me was not a quick one, I had a long list of "must haves" for a new car. The staff were all eager to help find the perfect car for me. I asked to test drive a handful of cars over a span of a few different visits to the dealership. This didn't phase anyone there and they were more than happy to help me. When I finally made a choice, the staff made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles in my new car and took the time to sit in the car with me and go through everything.
