I don’t like that I couldn’t pay cash for the car, had to take out a loan so Toyota could get some kick back from the bank. That was the only way they removed the upcharge of $5000. Then they turned around and sold my van for $6500 more then they gave me for it. Seems like Toyota was only about themselves and not into giving me any sort of deal. I was stuck having to pay interest on the loan until it showed up in my bank Also they wouldn’t let me put more then $2600 down on the van, when I expressed I wanted to put as much as I am able to. Like I said Stephen was the best part of the deal, along with the car. If I could have a salesman like him whenever I purchase anything, he would restore my faith in the salesmen personality. Bought a new 2022 4runner and have some squeaking noise coming from the driver side when I drive over speed bump and dips. Took it back to service and they couldn't find the problem.
