I was disappointed when I arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment and was told that inspections are done on a first come, first serve basis. He asked me was I dropping off and I said no I made my appoint appointment and was told that inspections are done on a first come, first serve basis. He asked me was I dropping off and I said no I made my appointment a week ago. He asked who I spoke with and I said I made it on the My Chevrolet app. I said I saw no box to check for drop off. He stated 'oh those all automatically roll to drop off'. He said there are 4-5 in the service area and all those outside are in line. I stated I was prepared to be there an hour or two but had not made arrangements to drop off. He said let me see what I can do. I said you know I tried to call to see which door to pull up to and the automated system said no one was available yet here 2 of you sat when I walked in. I went to the customer lounge inside the dealership. While there I chatted with a gentleman that arrived at 8:30 for his 9:30 and when I left at 11:15 he was still waiting. In chatting we both agreed that the dealership had totally lost all interest in putting customer satisfaction first like Hall Chevrolet did. We both agreed if it wasn't for the free oil & filter change, tire rotation, & inspection we'd be having these services done elsewhere. We both agreed that Southern Chevrolet would not be where we would purchase a vehicle nor would we recommend them to family or friends. Customer Service is what makes or breaks any business. I truly wonder what the ratio of sales & paid services are with Sourhern as to what they were with Hall. More

The original dentist I walked in to get an oil change the gentleman at the counter was rude. It wasn't Mr. Harvell but a new guy that the lady at the counter informed me. She was nice and scheduled me an app gentleman at the counter was rude. It wasn't Mr. Harvell but a new guy that the lady at the counter informed me. She was nice and scheduled me an appointment to return on Tuesday which is when Mr. Harvell waited on me. The other gentleman remembered me and didn't speak nor look my way because he knew he was wrong. More
