BMW tenafly has no loyalty to their costumers. Was returning a lease and getting a new car. Paid a much higher down payment than I wanted to and a much higher monthly price. Whatever I heard about dea returning a lease and getting a new car. Paid a much higher down payment than I wanted to and a much higher monthly price. Whatever I heard about dealerships having a lack of inventory so I just dealt with it. Return my car and a week later they send me a bill for $2,000 of “damages”. The car was in very good shape, tried to say something was wrong with one of my tires until I complained and they removed that payment. Never dealt with a dealership that’s doesn’t take care of very minor damages when I’m sticking with that company. All they are is money hungry. More
