Service center is extremely unprofessional. Customer service is poor. Team members are on the phone constantly once you arrive to the service lane. There is a lady who asks if you need help and Customer service is poor. Team members are on the phone constantly once you arrive to the service lane. There is a lady who asks if you need help and makes sure to mention how the other male team members do not come to help because “they are on their phones.” First visit one team member used foul language against this team member lady just mentioned above. I only go to this dealership due to location convenience but honestly I rather take the drive to Tropical Chevrolet. More

If ai could rate a zero star I would. Oil leak detected October 13. Car dropped off later because associate said they were backed. Brought it back Nov 14th only to sit there untouched until Dec 6 when I picked up my car and brought it to Hollywood Jeep (They fixed it in a week). Steven Brundidge (the associate at Miami Lakes- called me December 30th asking if I picked up my car! Clueless. How does the person managing your file and giving you useless updates not realize the car has been gone until over 3 weeks later. His manager Stephen Kopecy never returned a call. Then I picked up my car from this manager and he tried to say the voicemail went to the other Stephen-gee, the one managing my file who gave me his number! Liars, incompetent, inefficient. What could have taken one week, took a total two months from date they detected it, had my car, and sent me home with an oil leak. Never taking my car back again! More

I felt totally robbed for the service that was provided to me from this dealer Service Department! Trust me when I tell you, all they care about is money money money over here. I was charged a lump sum o to me from this dealer Service Department! Trust me when I tell you, all they care about is money money money over here. I was charged a lump sum of money which was over 2,000 and still didn't really understood fully what was really going on with my vehicle. I wasn't satisfied at all about my last vist here. I will never come back to this dealership for any mechanical service. Miami Lakes Automall, I'm still in shock how they still have a few customers. More
