Once again, the Flagship Service Department has delivered an excellent customer experience. I phoned regarding a very slow leak in a tire, anticipating a long wait for an appointment. To my surprise, Stephen an excellent customer experience. I phoned regarding a very slow leak in a tire, anticipating a long wait for an appointment. To my surprise, Stephen Lopes said "just bring it in anytime." I did, and without delay the Service team found a nail in my tire, repaired it, washed my car, returned it to me, and didn't charge me a dime. I could not possibly have asked for more. This was not my first visit, nor my first review (see also Google). I purchased my E-Class sedan at Flagship in 2016 and have had it serviced exclusively there ever since. I have never been disappointed, and often pleasantly surprised. At purchase, the Flagship sales rep asked how long I planned to keep the car. My answer was "until the wheels fall off." Thanks to the terrific and always responsive Service Department, I expect that to be a very long time. More
