So many appointments available and was able to book online. When I arrived it was very busy but they were able to get to my car immediately even though I was a new customer and bought the car from anot online. Advisor Stephen Lopes carefully listened to my problem and what I believed was causing the issue. The mechanic read Stephen's notes and immediately identified the issue. I had an estimate in 43 minutes. They had all the parts in stock, brake cylinder, shoes, and drum. Price was fair. Work was completed within time estimate. Great communication via text message. Easy to pay online with credit card. I highly recommend Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield!!! More
