Quick fix to a potentially large problem I had a quality issue with new car I purchased from Sport Mazda. Stephen scheduled me in immediately and had my car fixed within two hours of when I I had a quality issue with new car I purchased from Sport Mazda. Stephen scheduled me in immediately and had my car fixed within two hours of when I initially called. Thank you! My recommendation to the dealership would be to have more of a concierge experience so that I don't have to be transferred from the operator to service to parts back to service. This is irritating from a hospitality and customer service experience. More

"...helpful beyond what I expected." Stephen was friendly and helpful beyond what I expected. The car was in the service shop for 2 weeks and when I walked in to get my car, he recognize Stephen was friendly and helpful beyond what I expected. The car was in the service shop for 2 weeks and when I walked in to get my car, he recognized me and welcomed me by name. He genuinely showed concern that the work that was done met with my approval. He acted more like a friend than just an employee doing his job. More

Doesn't get any better! From the greeting by Stephen as I was getting out of my car to the handshake and thank you as I was leaving, what a great experience! My appointment was just for an oil change but had a lot of questions and concerns about my car because it is 8 years old (I.e. tires, roof leak, etc) and Stephen answered all my questions, gave me quotes and recommendations, all in writing too! That's COMPLETE service and all with a great smile. Great job Jay, moving Stephen from the parts dept. to a position that gives any guest a great first impression of your already wonderful business. Would love for Stephen to take care of me every time. Don't know if the service manager (sitting in his office the whole time) is overworked or what but would Have been a nice touch to see him step out of his office just to say hi and see how things were going. I almost stuck my head in his office just to say hi because he has taken care of me in the past (at your old location) and gave great service. I wanted to say hi but didn't want to bother him. Again, hats off to Stephen and your great new facility. By the way, almost everyone i passed walking around your new facility said "hello". Nice! See you soon! More
