An Organized plan for current and future services. I explained to Stephen why I was there -- regular 5K oil change and tire rotation. I have never experanced customer service at this level! After coming to this dealer to purchase my vehicle, i would not consider going anywhere else. Customer service at this service department is not only After coming to this dealer to purchase my vehicle, i would not consider going anywhere else. Customer service at this service department is not only welcoming, but very well informed and do what they can to get me satisfied with my services. They answer my questions and help me with my needs to maintain my vehicle as much as they can and I cant have any complaints. Not only is Donny welcoming and helpful, but the entire staff welcomes you from the minute I pull in and I feel like I can safely be relieved of any tension or anxiety when it comes to helping me with my vehicle. I recommend they do the same to my friends and family coming to do business with services! More

Customer for life I have been a loyal customer with Mazda for over 20 years. I will always reccomend Mazda to anyone I know. I’m treated like a queen from entering the store until I walk out. I’m fed while waiting for my vehicle that’s being serviced and entertained by the staff. They keep me up to date with my vehicle being serviced without me having to check in with them. Thank you Mazda!!! More

Needs Diversity training! James was terrific and I would have given my experience a 5 except for how I was halfway greeted then ignored by the only female Service Adviser wor James was terrific and I would have given my experience a 5 except for how I was halfway greeted then ignored by the only female Service Adviser working there Ellie. Evidently she was too busy working on something when I arrived and chose to give me an abrupt "I am finishing up something, then I will help you", rather than taking a few minutes to greet me with Good morning or ask one of the other Advisers to assist me. I stood at her station for another 5 minutes, and she kept on working. Another customer walked in after me, was immediately greeted by another Adviser and I thought "Well, what am I chopped liver". This was my first time at your dealership. I proceeded to back away from her station. then when Stephen finished his phone call, he checked me in. Stephen was also warm and welcoming. More
