I really appreciate your review. I know that sometimes the service may seem routine to you and a review of the visit not useful. It is just the opposite. As the owner, I use reviews like the one you wrote to tell me whether our service is maintaining the same high levels of service. I also can see how customers feel about service personnel and whether I need to provide a morale boost. When the staff receives a review like yours, they really feel appreciated for all the things they do regularly, and know that customers care.
