Excellent Service Stephen went above and beyond to make sure all my service needs were met. I wanted to get my front windows tinted and he called their tint guy, Shann Stephen went above and beyond to make sure all my service needs were met. I wanted to get my front windows tinted and he called their tint guy, Shannon from Class on Glass, over to get it done within my same service appointment. Very pleased with the service from Sport Mazda, they did a great job in a timely manner. I will be back! More

Great service, understood my needs got me out in time. I live a bit far (Waterford) so I usually drop by when I am in the area. I called for an appointment as I just needed oil change and tire rotation. St I live a bit far (Waterford) so I usually drop by when I am in the area. I called for an appointment as I just needed oil change and tire rotation. Stephen answered my call and assisted me all the way. I needed a 9:30 am appointment, and the earliest available was 11:15, however Stephen mentioned he would give me a hand, while also maintaining the service for other appointments. I was very pleased and things went well. He made me aware of repairs for my next appointment, and I was good to go. Thanks Stephen! More

The technician need more experience I came in for a Zurich coat for my car and I was told that it took 3 hours to perform but in an half of hour it was done Yet it took them 3 times af I came in for a Zurich coat for my car and I was told that it took 3 hours to perform but in an half of hour it was done Yet it took them 3 times after I checked the car and ever time they took it to me because the technician thought I would check those area. To this day some part of the care haven’t not been done. I also do not think that the inside of the care was ever done but I couldn’t see them do so I can’t say. Considering they couldn’t get the outside done right the first time how can I be satisfied the inside was done correctly All I know is that I paid for an insurance only. I’m not satisfied and Cannot recommend this service to anyone. Many apologies but nothing else. More
