The new Tucson was ready on Wednesday, as promised. He had called me twice to let me know how the process was going and that the car would be ready. His professional manner is to be commended. He explained all the options that came with the car when I returned on Wednesday. The finance manager and the general manager were very supportive during my new car purchase. Honest and no pressure. I went to Herb Chambers in Auburn after a horrid experience at another dealer in Framingham (not Herb Chambers). My salesperson, Steve Miller was exc I went to Herb Chambers in Auburn after a horrid experience at another dealer in Framingham (not Herb Chambers). My salesperson, Steve Miller was exceptional! He gave us all the information we needed. We-is my son, myself, and my granddaughter. The car is for my 17 (almost 18) granddaughter. We started looking for used Elantra's. When we didn't see one that my granddaughter liked I asked him about leasing a new one. Well-I was able to get a new car with all the bells and whistles for only $20 more a month than a three year used one. I am so much happier that it will have all the latest safety features. Steve was patient and knew his stuff without being pushy AT ALL! And they even gave us a fair trade for her 2007 Toyota Camry! Thank goodness I was able to complete this purchase. Now my granddaughter has a beautiful new Elantra to drive. I'll be back to buy my future car. Jennifer White More

He talked to Steve to complete buying the car this morning. Before we left home, Steve called to say that car was sold. Nobody told us that we should paid the deposit. They cheated us. If they said that, we already paid it. Steve could call us before selling, he knew he had an appoinment with us. But now i understand everything. Last night i saw the car on herb chambers website, the price was higher than we bought. I guess they sold it with higher price. We talked to their managers, they prefered protect each other instead of helping us. It is so weird. This is our second week in USA and i cannot believe in that. More
