1 1/2 hour oil change wait turned into 3 1/2Came back 1 1/2 hour oil change wait turned into 3 1/2 Came back with rental was then told plugs & filter are being replaced as we speak. Would have kept ren 1 1/2 hour oil change wait turned into 3 1/2 Came back with rental was then told plugs & filter are being replaced as we speak. Would have kept rental car longer if someone would have called us after one and a half hours More

Very unsatisfied, my car has a cpo warranty. The Schaumburg dealership service dept. stated that the part on the motor is not under warranty when two other Jaguar dealership said it was under warran Schaumburg dealership service dept. stated that the part on the motor is not under warranty when two other Jaguar dealership said it was under warranty. Stephen the Schaumburg salesmen tried to charge me over 2000.00 for a radiator pipe and said that I needed two fans that was working properly. So as I explained to them that two other dealership will warranty the part they stated take it to them they will be committing a fraud act if they fix. He stated also we will not cover it under warranty and it will be a 200.00 diagnostic charge to get my car out of Schaumburg dealership or have the other Jaguar dealership to pay theminstead. I paid them the 200.00 and took my car to Imperial Jaguar and they fixed it same day no charge and stated I didnt need the two fans. Safe to say neither one of my Jaguar cars will never drive thru there service doors again. More

My service advisor was great in keeping me updated on what was going on with my car, but the service department had my car for 1.5 weeks and when I got it back, they still never buffed out the scratch on what was going on with my car, but the service department had my car for 1.5 weeks and when I got it back, they still never buffed out the scratch on my hood and they didn’t install all the pieces of the wheel arch protectors. I had to make the hour long commute back to the dealership the next day to get the work completed. More
