I would have given all employees a five start rating if it were not for one piece of miscommunication between myself and the sales person. I had to make a trip out to the dealership after I had to purchase the vehicle because I was not informed of how to remove the racing rims that came with the GTI. It took Nanika less than two minutes to show me how to remove the lug nut covers...this should have been explained to me during the purchase of the car and not afterwards. More
