Their employee on the phone quoted me a timeline and a price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quot price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quoted and I was also told there was no way that it would be done the same day as I was promised, and then lo and behold was told that they called in favors and got it done the same day, which was the other most important because of time sensitive issues median to get to and from the Children’s Hospital in Portland and a particular appointment that was possibly life changing if we had missed, so not that I’m not grateful that they got me my car and did their job but it’s been a long time that I was made to feel bad about expecting to be treated kindly and I feel like going above and beyond should be a companies norm. I don’t know when that was not the case. But this is a perfect example of standards being at a low end thinking that enough More

It's been frustrating trying to get body work done on my truck and I've been trying to get this recall done in my Roush for over a year now. Hopefully my next appt in December 1st (two months from now) wil truck and I've been trying to get this recall done in my Roush for over a year now. Hopefully my next appt in December 1st (two months from now) will finally resolve the recall. I realize it's not all the dealerships fault. It's just frustrating. Especially since I've been a Ford buyer my whole life. More

Just finished paying for some big ticket maintenance ~ $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been without a car and renting one. Was told that we could rent one from Skyline for $65 a day if needed. That's a bit high for someone who purchased two cars from your dealership as well has had all the maintenance performed at your dealership which comes along with a premium $$$$. The maintenance department has always been polite as well as the other service team members, that includes parts, courtesy driver and cashier. More
