What a pleasant experience that converted me to a Subaru fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic B fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic BUY NOW type atmosphere. But Ralph was so welcoming. He really cares about the Solterra and Subaru in general. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the car and laid out six different pricing options, showing me the best deals they could currently offer depending on leasing or buying, and giving me time to think it over with my husband. I felt legitimately helped rather than taken advantage of. The actual signing forms financial part was smooth with very cool digital forms saved on a USB. And even though the dealership already had my money, they still gave me goodie bags, advice on the car, and just an overall good feeling about Subaru. I walked into the dealership by myself skeptical if I even wanted a Subaru, I walked out with a car I love and a Subaru fan for life given the dealership experience. More

Funny thing but people will buy from people they like and conversely will walk away from people they don't. So, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I would absolutely recommend going to Subaru of Kennesaw and asking for a Likable young Sales Rep named Carlos. You won't be disappointed. I would be Remiss not to mention the Sales and F & I Managers Rizzo and Steve.
