Steve came to the waiting area and explained what needed to Steve is always friendly and informative every time. The mechanics are also great. I feel bad that a 2012 Chevy malibu's front bumper has to be removed to change a headlight bulb. These mechanics work hard. Tell future engineers to come up with a better way to get at a head light.
