Made the appointment 2 weeks prior and told lady I would be waiting for vehicle and not to book me on a day they were super busy. When I arrived for my appointment everyone thought I was just going to leave it! When truck was finally ready the tires had less air in them then when I first brought the truck i, so had to wait another 15min for the hem to correct tire pressure! Rediculous!! I might give them 1 more shot on my next oil change, otherwise I’ll go where I’ve gone to for many years now with excellent prices and service and time management. FIRESTONE! More
