Steve came to the waiting area and explained what needed to Steve is always friendly and informative every time. The mechanics are also great. I feel bad that a 2012 Chevy malibu's front bumper has to be remove Steve is always friendly and informative every time. The mechanics are also great. I feel bad that a 2012 Chevy malibu's front bumper has to be removed to change a headlight bulb. These mechanics work hard. Tell future engineers to come up with a better way to get at a head light. I have and will continue to have my car serviced at Colonial Chevrolet. More

Turtles are faster! Waited Almost 3 hours for an inspection sticker and the included maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) that comes with a new 19 Silverado. Made the a Waited Almost 3 hours for an inspection sticker and the included maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) that comes with a new 19 Silverado. Made the appointment 2 weeks prior and told lady I would be waiting for vehicle and not to book me on a day they were super busy. When I arrived for my appointment everyone thought I was just going to leave it! When truck was finally ready the tires had less air in them then when I first brought the truck i, so had to wait another 15min for the hem to correct tire pressure! Rediculous!! I might give them 1 more shot on my next oil change, otherwise I’ll go where I’ve gone to for many years now with excellent prices and service and time management. FIRESTONE! More
