Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! I purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner-TRD Off Road from Oak Lawn Toyota. The Internet Sales Manager, Vianey Reyes, was readily available by telephone/ema I purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner-TRD Off Road from Oak Lawn Toyota. The Internet Sales Manager, Vianey Reyes, was readily available by telephone/email to answer questions and set up an appointment for viewing the vehicle, A+++ customer services. The Sales Consultant, Steve Barrix, went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the unit I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Buying a car from him was a great experience, the process was quick, professional and absolutely painless! We all know how painful buying a car could be but Steve and the Oak Lawn team will change that perspective. I would recommend Steve Barrix to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I had the feeling I was being ripped off 2nd time with service Dept., info given, put into computer and told, 1st time, no service necessary, but the next day service taken care of. 2nd time 2nd time with service Dept., info given, put into computer and told, 1st time, no service necessary, but the next day service taken care of. 2nd time told to sign invoices, cost around $200, told rep about plan I had paid for,.rechecked and told no cost, Cashier asked for $21, rep removed but before he suggested a brake flush for $141...This is a lease that is up in December......many frustrations dealing with Oak Lawn Toyota More

A new experience with an old issue I was referred to Oak Lawn Toyota by a cousin who has purchased over 3 vehicles from this dealership. He swears by them, but because my experiences wi I was referred to Oak Lawn Toyota by a cousin who has purchased over 3 vehicles from this dealership. He swears by them, but because my experiences with car purchases have not been as pleasant, I am suspicious of salesman and their tactics. However, from my intro to Steve B. to my engagement with the aftermarket manager Rob, my suspicions continued to melt away. They both were very knowledgeable about their products and operation, but what gets me more than anything is the attentiveness to customer service. More importantly was the price, which was suitable and comfortable to live with. Every encounter I had was pleasant and exceptionally helpful. I would easily without reservation recommend this dealership and staff to my business and personal family. Thank you for your help More

He was very pleasant to deal with. He made me feel like I was car shopping with a good friend. He took the time to put me in the right car. He took the time to teach me about the car and show me different features. He set me at ease and gave me piece of mind. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I would and have recommended Steve to everyone I have talked to. My mother and father both bought cars from Steve and they recommended me to him and I will be forever thankful that they did. He is great! Dave Capelle did my financing and he was very good and very easy to deal with too. He was very friendly and helpful. This has been the BEST car buying experience ever!!!!! I visited with other Toyota dealerships and was completely turned off by their aggressiveness and lack of customer service.
