The reason I went back was because of the outstanding treatment that he offers. He takes the time to sit down and talk to you, answer question and walk you through the highlights of each vehicle. Steve is patient and knowledgeable of what Toyota has to offer. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is his warm and friendly smile. When you walk out you will be a happy customer just like I was. My last car I purchased was 14 years ago(because of the quality in Toyota vehicles it still runs great). I started correspondence with Lauren who was great, worked with Steve who was great, onto Rob for my remote start, and ended with Jason for finance. They were all fantastic and accommodating. Great Experience I grew up right by Oak Lawn Toyota and I brought in my 2003 Audi to have it serviced a few years ago and from then on after that.
