Amazing Experience! I was at Sloane Toyota this past weekend to purchase my first new car. I was so anxious at the thought of purchasing a new car as this would be my fir I was at Sloane Toyota this past weekend to purchase my first new car. I was so anxious at the thought of purchasing a new car as this would be my first, but as soon as I walked through the doors my anxieties began to be relieved. The first person that greeted me upon my arrival was Steve Barsky, Sloane's General Sales Manager. After taking a few minutes to learn about myself and what I was looking for, he directed me to one of his Sales Professionals, Lou Shahinian. I sat down with Lou and explained furthermore what I was looking for, what I could afford, and some of the anxieties that I had about purchasing a car. I think that part of my anxieties were that I had this picture in my head of the typical car salesman who chases a commission. Lou couldn't be further from this picture, and all of those stereotypes quickly exited within my first few moments with Lou. He was calm, and listened to everything that I needed to say. After test driving two cars, the '17 Camry, and the '16 Corolla S model, we sat down to discuss the numbers. Both Steve and Lou came together as a team to make sure that they were getting as close to my budget as possible. It was almost like dealing with family. After agreeing to a price that was well within my budget, especially for the higher end model, I sat with Lou while they prepared the car, and we handled all of the title and insurance paperwork. My father told me that the whole process might take a little while, but it flew by. Lou and I discussed everything from sports, to family, and current events, he's truly a terrific guy. Once the car was ready to go, Steve came over to congratulate me with a big hug, and sent me off with Lou to see it. Before leaving, Lou sat with me to show me all of the tech features to the car such as the stereo and climate control. He took the time to connect my phone and show me how it use all of the voice activated features. He sat with me for about 20-25 minutes just to make sure I could do it all, and answer any questions that I had. After that, he shook my hand and sent me on my way. I was stoked! New Car, great price, and unbelievable customer experience. Steve and Lou are my guys from here on out. They treated me like family, and I can not appreciate that enough. Lou, and Steve, if you guys see this, I just want to thank you both again! More
