We had the best experience when purchasing the vehicle our salesman was top notch but when we had an issue with our brand new vehicle, that is where the problems started, we had to make 4 trips to the dea our salesman was top notch but when we had an issue with our brand new vehicle, that is where the problems started, we had to make 4 trips to the dealership for the same issue and were not treated very well , our service rep couldn’t even be on time for our appointments. Instead of replacing the faulty parts they tried everything to do a work around that didn’t work. The first time bringing in the vehicle we sat for over 4 hours with no communication about what was going on with our vehicle. The other 3 visits were also very lengthy with an issue that should have been resolved already , faulty tps, why wouldn’t you just replace it after the first or second visit More
