Steve also worked with Jack Radar in Service as we had to both, purchase a car and have a huge repair done on our other car in the same week. Jack worked quickly to diagnose and get our part. He kept us updated, which we really appreciated, and was able to get our repair done in a week! This was a big repair, and fortunately it was covered by our extended warranty. We appreciate all f Jack’s help and guidance throughout the process. So it was a big week, but Courtesy was there for us! We love our new Enclave, and our repaired Terrain is running great.
