He kept us updated, which we really appreciated, and was able to get our repair done in a week! This was a big repair, and fortunately it was covered by our extended warranty. We bought the GMC Yukon Denali XL Ultimate from this dealership when we first saw the car we fell in love with it it was all nice a shiny but when we got home there was a scratch on the front lower bump dealership when we first saw the car we fell in love with it it was all nice a shiny but when we got home there was a scratch on the front lower bumper like it was done during transportation, I notified a sales guy Steve sent him a picks and even sent him a picture that we took a couple of hours after we left a dealers parking (cuz we are from.lexington abaut 1:20 min drive to our home) with the scratch and they offer me a $200 for it (and the car is $110k). So my advise to any future buyer be very careful don't be like us all exited abaut new car DO A VERY GOOD EXPECTION BEFORE YPU LEAVE THE LOT More
