Each person involved with the sale....Steve Cho in sales, Benny in Financing, and Scott, the Genius were exceptionally attentive and direct. There was attention given to each detail so that as a customer, we moved right along to the appropriate person and did not have to wait. Truly the very best car buying experience. Wonderful! More

The Best of the Best Over the past several years I have purchased five BMW automobiles from Kuni BMW. I have found the dealership to be a well-run organization where I cou Over the past several years I have purchased five BMW automobiles from Kuni BMW. I have found the dealership to be a well-run organization where I count on the best sales and service team anywhere. On December 10, 2016 I purchased my sixth BMW from Kuni. During the sales process test drive, I noticed the "Service Engine Soon" light was on. So naturally, part of the sales and delivery negation included repairing the cause of the engine warning light. I drove the vehicle home that night to show my wife and intended to return the vehicle the next day. Well, the next morning the engine would not turn over. Kuni dispatched a person with a loaner vehicle for me. He jumped started my car and drove it to the dealership to be repaired. Kuni replaced the battery and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner, all at no charge! This is why I continue to do business with Kuni and will continue to do so. INTERITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. From the guys in the shop, to my Service Advisor Brooke Wiggins, to my Client Advisor Steve Cho, to the General Sales Manager Lee MacLean. Excellent Customer Service This is our second time buying a car from Kuni. The dealership has a culture of respecting and treating their customer with respect. My wife and I purchased a X3 from Kuni back in December and was so trilled with the car and experience, when it came to replacing my car, we went back to Kuni. This time around we worked with Steve Cho, he was patient and answered all my questions. He took me on a couple of test drives and didn't apply any pressure on me. We ended up negotiating online and when a price was agreed upon he was accommodating to my schedule. We are extremely happy with our experience (x2) with Kuni and highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a high service, laid-back and no pressure experience. More

Steve Cho was our sales represe We had another wonderful experience with Kuni BMW this month. This is our 5th BMW and our 2nd purchased from Kuni BMW. Steve Cho was our sales representative in both cases, and we will ask for him again and again. Steve is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and displays the highest level of integrity. On this visit we also met with Shelby Johnson, our finance representative. Shelby is also tremendous… very nice, explained our options very well, very patient, very responsive. Shelby worked quickly and efficiently and we were on our way in short order. Our “genius” was Ethan Drakely. Ethan was exactly what you would hope for from a BMW dealer… quality explanations, great “user interface”, patient and pleasant. Ethan explained the features of the car and offered his business card and another call/visit anytime. All in all… a great experience again at Kuni BMW. More
