Michael was very professional and triple checked the car to ensure it would meet our expectations and that our paperwork was in line. This was especially important to us because we were traveling over 3 hours to get there. Upon arrival, Michale’s attention to detail was quite evident. We were greeted personally and within moments felt like we were working with family. Michael took time to show us the car and highlight special features the car has that were different from our previous vehicle.
