I live in Maryland, and had been searching for a specific Jeep Wrangler. After some frustrating experiences with dealers closer to my home, I found a low mileage Jeep on the Malouf website via the USAA car buying service. After working with Sarah and Steve via phone and email (both of whom were great), I decided to make the 2.5 hour trek up to New Brunswick...ready to buy. I met with Ron Iwanski for the test drive and then worked a great deal with Bob DeVito, the pre-owned sales manager. Both of these guys worked their tails off to get me in my Jeep. I want to give an extra shout-out to Bob, who truly went above and beyond for me. In the end, I got a great Jeep for a great price and drove off very happy the same day. Go see them, ask for Bob, and tell him “Matt with the big, red Jeep” sent you. More

Still not sure this was really a car dealer I have been spending weeks looking, driving different cars at many dealers. Cars I thought would fit my criteria. I also spent a fair amount of time on the internet searching and comparing rates and cars. Then I got an email from Malouf and spoke with a friendly woman Sarah. We chatted about what I had in mind and she simply emailed me the best quote I got in weeks. I was like really, seemed to easy. Then I went there to test drive the vehicle, a Ford Edge. Loved it very much, especially for the lease price quoted. Went back the next day and met the sales person Bill Barton. Found me the perfect car since the one I was originally quoted was not due to arrive for a week or so. Took all our information and we drove away with out any pressure or haggling, just singed for the price quoted, and an additional bonus that happened to be on that day. So in a few words, this is the best dealer experience I have ever had. Thank you, More
