I called yesterday morning for a quote on a car I am very interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were v interested in and I was told he would get back to me in 5 minutes. After waiting all day and no one ever got back to me I called back and they were very short and rude, what about any other cars you might have? This was the same response I got the week before on another car I was interested in only that time no one returned my call at all. This was not the first car I purchased from your dealership only last time you were great, WHAT HAPPENED!!Now you have a Horrible sales department .. With little to no negotiation we made a deal work for the vehicle I wanted. Both Steve and Jim provided a more than excellent leasing experience. Sam in the finance office was knowledgeable about the paper work and in less than 10 minutes of being in his office everything was complete.
