Great car buying experience! Last Saturday I purchased a car from Zeck Ford. The awesome and relaxing experience actually started 2 weeks ago when I set out to find my perfect fi Last Saturday I purchased a car from Zeck Ford. The awesome and relaxing experience actually started 2 weeks ago when I set out to find my perfect first new car. Steve Courter, Sales Associate, was great at listening to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and he sent us out on a test drive. Even after I let Steve know I was still looking at other vehicles, he was supportive in making sure I got the car I wanted, even if it wasn’t with Zeck Ford. He went over all the information on the Fusion, including disclosed there would be some repairs on the car I drove. He wasn’t at all pushy, wished me good luck on my search, and said I should just to call if I decided on the Fusion. After looking around, I decided I wanted the Fusion from Zeck Ford and I returned to put down the deposit. Steve kept me informed on the repairs via text until the car was ready for inspection and pickup. When I looked the car over the workmanship on the repairs was 100% just like they promised. The finance process with Jeremiah Bland, Finance Manager, was excellent, because he went over all the documents to make sure I understood what I was signing. He also covered the optional add on policies that were available and if he felt it was really necessary, but was not pushy at all in selling those items. So a BIG THANKS to Steve, Jeremiah, and Zeck Ford for the GREAT experience and PERFECT car! More
