When I was in the market for buying a plug in Prius, Steve personally showed me the cars available, worked up the paperwork, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. What I loved most was the honesty and simplicity of our sales transaction. I've bought many cars in my life and have been around the block with salesman trying to play the game of price, trade in valuation and more. With Steve, everything was so simple and straightforward. He gave me a great price (better than any other dealer that I had looked at), and made everything so simple and smooth. Then when I opted to add aftermarket leather, he set me up with Tracy Arenas whom helped me pick out the color and style of my leather, and made sure I had a Prius rental car while I waited for the leather to be complete. Great service is hard to find in this world, but with Steve, Tracy and the rest of the Hamer team, I felt truly appreciated as a customer. After being extremely frustrated, I did a quick google search and called Hamer. I spoke with Steve on the phone, gave him the numbers I wanted, told him my credit score, and he assured me he can give me that price with no tricks or lies. Truth be told, I was very cautious as it seemed too good to be true that a car salesperson would be honest. After everything was said and done, Steve Denson was a man of his word and got me the price I wanted to pay and for once I had a positive dealer experience. I have been through numerous car negotiations over the past few years but this one by far was the most pleasant. Thank you Steve. More

To avoid haggling, I sent an email to the Internet Department with my price for the car. Steve Denson emailed me back right away and accepted my offer without going back and forth on the price or haggling. When I arrived to the dealership, Steve Denson was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy or intimidating with his specialized knowledge but he answered all my questions patiently in a way I could understand. He was not trying to persuade me to purchase the car which many dealers do and it is very annoying. He just provided information and gave me the space to make my own decisions. While I was there, I received a call from another dealership who promised a better price. Steve did not make me feel bad for wasting his time but said that no dealership would be able to offer me a better deal than his. And he was right. The other dealerships just lead me on with false numbers that they ended up not honoring. So, I returned to Steve to finally buy the car. He continued with the same level of professionalism. He gave me a fantastic deal that the other 36 dealerships I contacted were not able to beat! Thank you, Steve Denson! More

And even though I lacked all experience in car loans, credit checks, and the like, Steve was very patient and walked me through the whole process with grace.
