The first word that comes to mind with Steve is INTEGRITY. I am not an easy customer and my wife hates the car buying process and would only do it with Steve.   His communication is great.  He is helpful in the education of the customer not only about the car itself, but the process.  He is honest and straightforward about what he can and cannot do in the negotiation of pricing and terms - no games - no back and forth.   He is just enjoyable to work with and we have developed a good relationship over the years.
